LiveMarkets.com | April 25, 2007 | Livemarkets launches first banner chat enabled advertising network
Livemarkets is a banner ad and a chat window ad serving company. Our clients are advertisers wanting to connect in a different and potentially more powerful way with their customers on the internet with Livemarkets. Instead of clicking on the banner ad and taken to a web site, users are invited to click on the banner ad and bring up a chat window.
A live person from the advertiser's staff or contracted call center answers any queries via a typed "live" chat session.
It is in this chat window that advertisers are able to personally customize this advertising experience (engagement) with their customers on a one on one level. No mass medium has ever been able to do this to date. The amount of interaction is only up to the number of advertisers chat staff and how many communications can they handle at once.
Our technology is based on open source with some proprietary parts mixed in. The result with a provisional patent already filed, is a user experience unlike any other on the web.
LiveMarkets.com is founded by Murray Gray, Justin Kirby, Helmar Rudolph and Baden Gilmore, all experienced veterans in the software, advertising and web development areas.
