Livemarkets Banner ads can come in all sizes and literally - shapes. The creative is left up to the advertiser and or ad agencies. We follow the ad specification as laid out by the Internet Advertising Bureau.
In general please use the following ad file sizes and dimensions for banner ad creatives:
- 88 X 31; 120 X 30 - 5kb
- 120 X 60; 120 X 90; 230 X 33 - 10kb
- 234 X 60; 125 X 125 - 20kb
- 468 X 60; 120 X 240; 250 X 250
- 120 X 600; 336 X 280; 240 X 400 - 30kb
- 300 X 600; 728 X 210; 500 X 350
- 720 X 300; 550 X 480 - 40kb
Text Insertion
Livemarkets cat windows can be inserted in to web pages via the text and spawn a chat window. This can be used in advertorial or whatever circumstances you may deem appropriate.

Chat Windows
Livemarkets chat windows can be "skinned" a number of different ways. The color scheme & background, and the shape of the window itself. Instruction on acceptable file size and other restrictions are available within the secure client's area.

Ad Server
Livemarkets has its own ad server which is able to count the impressions of both the banner/text ad insertions and the amount of chats themselves. We also log chats for review by your clients.
Please note that Livemarkets.com can also work with your ad server of choice.
Load Balancing
Incoming chat requests are routed to the associate with the fewest chats in progress. You can also determine on a per-campaign basis how many simultaneous chats each associate should be able to handle before redirecting to a web page of your choice.
A practical example: let's say that you had 3 associates handling incoming chat requests. You might specify that they should be able to be given a maximum 5 simultaneous chats, which means you'll need to experience 15 simtaneous chat sessions before prospects cannot reach a live person and are instead redirected to your web page.
