How it works
- You need a minimum of one person logged in to your LiveMarkets account to handle incoming chat enquiries. (We actually find that one person is usually sufficient to handle quite a significant amount of incoming enquiries. You could assign multiple people to staff the system and only those logged into your LiveMarkets account will receive an invitation.)
- Incoming chat requests are routed to the associate with the fewest chats in progress. You can also determine on a per-campaign basis how many simultaneous chats each associate should be able to handle before redirecting to a web page of your choice. A practical example: let's say that you had 3 associates handling incoming chat requests. You might specify that they should be able to be given a maximum 5 simultaneous chats, which means you'll need to experience 15 simtaneous chat sessions before prospects cannot reach a live person and are instead redirected to your web page.
- You can specify who should receive enquiries from specific ads. The prospecting ad goes to sales, while the general information ad might go to the support team.
